Terms and Conditions apply to all Parties
TRAVEL While we may offer links to providers of travel services, all clients are responsible for their own travel arrangements.
PROPERTIES OFFERED FOR RENTAL Most properties offered for rent are owned by private individuals. We inspect the properties and their descriptions when taking them on as web site clients and we regularly monitor their condition via our housekeeping team, for the benefit of the owner and the rental clients. If a rental client arrives to find that for some reason the accommodation falls seriously short of reasonably expected standards, we will do our best to rectify the problem quickly or provide alternative accommodation, but we are not directly responsible for the condition of the properties we rent. See our liability statement below.
Descriptions We use descriptions and images provided by accommodation owners and providers and therefore cannot be held responsible for any discrepancy in the information provided. However, being based in the Canary Islands we make every effort to maintain an excellent relationship with the individual property owners and providers of facilities and we make reasonable efforts to ensure that we keep up to date with most activities and changes.
BOOKING IMMEDIATE availability means you can make payments and reservations online. You will then receive a booking confirmation.
ON REQUEST means you will submit an email or telephone our reservations department who will confirm availability and price.
1. CONFIRMING BOOKINGS To make a booking you must be at least 18 years of age. Bookings will be confirmed via email only when the deposit payment has been received, or in the case of bookings less than 8 weeks from departure, the full payment has been received. You will then receive a confirmation email. This will specify your booking reference number and accommodation details. Please check the details carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.

2. PRICING DETAILS Pebble Beach Management makes every attempt at ensuring details and prices are accurate at the time of site updates, however Pebble Beach Management cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in prices or in details. All prices and details will be confirmed at time of enquiry. The price quoted on the confirmation will not change.
3. PAYMENT All payments should be made by credit card , Mastercard or Visa. ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A 2% CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE. . 4. CANCELLATION Cancellation must be in writing or email, clearly stating the booking reference number and name of client. Each product will have a specific cancellation policy, which is available on request and provided at time of booking. In situations where there exists no specific cancellation policy, OUR generic policy will be enforced:
Cancellation. before arrival date.
- 8 weeks or longer prior to arrival date - Full refund less the reservation deposit paid
- 14 days - 8 weeks - loss of deposit or 25% cost
- 14 days or less - loss of full payment.
5. CHANGES AFTER CONFIRMATION CHANGES BY YOU. All changes are subject to an amendment fee of 30 euros. However, if the amendment is an upgrade or increase in value then the amendment fee will be waived. Changes in accommodation type or fewer days will be treated as a cancellation. No refunds for anyone leaving before their departure date.
CHANGES BY US. In the unlikely event of such a material change (supplier or proprietor unable to provide accommodation) we will offer the following: full refund or alternative accommodation without any amendment or cancellation fees. We will not provide any compensation for these situations.
6. LIABILITY Pebble Beach Management Ltd and pebblebeachtenerife.com acts as a booking agent only. Neither we nor the accommodation provider can accept responsibility for any injury, illness or death unless caused by our own or the accommodation provider’s proven fault. Any claim for damages for injury, illness or death arising out of your stay in the accommodation must be brought against the proprietor of the accommodation concerned and not against Pebble Beach Management Ltd or pebblebeachtenerife.com. It will be subject to the law of the country in which the accommodation is situated. Neither we nor the accommodation provider can accept responsibility for any damage, loss, delay or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such circumstances include but are not limited to: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife or terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire, airport closures, bad weather conditions, interruption or failure of a utility service or the acts of any local or national government.
7. GENERAL Please ensure you have the following:
- Valid visa (if required because of your national origin), passports
- Confirmation details
- Local health and safety regulations.
- Travel Insurance.
