Pricing & Payment Policy

Weekly Pricing: The properties individually are priced on a ’per week’ basis including bedding, towels (but not beach towels), cleaning and laundry for standard occupancy, which is up to two people for each double or twin room and one person for single rooms.

Typical Pricing: The prices for a property are shown on the booking page. Typically they start at £160 per week low season for a one bed apartment accommodating two people.

Charges For Additional People: Many properties have sofa beds in the lounge. These can accommodate one or two more people to sleep and if these are used, there is an additional charge of £2.50 per additional person per day and additional bedding and towels will be supplied. The details on each property will state how many it can sleep and whether or not it has sofa bed(s) in the lounge.

Charges For Odd Days: For clients wishing to stay for less than a week, or for a longer period that is not an exact number of weeks, the day rate for incomplete weeks is the weekly rate divided by six.

Weekly Bookings: Our Booking Week normally starts on a Friday - i.e., Friday night is the first night of stay. This is because traditionally Friday has been the best day for flights. However, there are now plenty of flights on other days, particularly Saturdays and Tuesdays and we will, subject to availability, accept bookings commencing on any day of the week without additional charge.

Sterling and Euro Payment: Prices are currently in Sterling as this is the currency used by PayPal our payment service. However, we can accept direct payment by electronic transfer to our Euro Account from any client preferring to pay in Euros. Euro clients are advised to pay the deposit required to secure their booking via credit card and then to email us to say they wish to pay the balance in Euros. Upon receipt of an email request, payment instructions will be emailed back to the client.

Seasonal Rates: High Season is Christmas, Easter and the October and February School Half Term weeks. Low season is after Easter up to mid July and after October Half Term up to just before Christmas. The rest is mid season. The weather is beautiful in the spring and autumn in Tenerife. The reason these times are low season is not the weather. It is because Tenerife is a 52 week a year holiday destination and traditionally people tend to holiday there in the winter or the summer.

Baby and Toddler Aids: We have a limited number of cots and high chairs. If you wish to hire these items please pre-book them by emailing us and obtaining a confirmation response. Cots are 25€ per week. High Chairs are 20€ per week. If you book these, they will be placed in your property and you will need to pay for them at reception on arrival.

Cleaning and Laundry: The properties are cleaned and the laundry changed weekly. If you wish to have new towels or a change of bed linen at any other time, just ask. There is a small charge to cover the cost of this service and you are asked to book your requirements at Reception. Additional cleaning, if required can also be arranged at Reception at the standard charge for the service requested.

Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit you make with your booking is non refundable. However, if you wish to change your dates, this can be accommodated for a £20 administration fee, subject to availability, providing this is done at least six weeks before your arrival date, so that we have some opportunity to re-sell the weeks no longer required. You will need to email or telephone us to arrange this if required.
