If provisional, how many days would you like us to hold it?
We will normally hold a provisional booking for three days to allow clients to complete arrangements for travel bookings etc, but will often be able to hold them for longer if requested, particularly if the booking date is several months away. A payment of 20% is required to confirm a booking. The balance is due six weeks before arrival and an email reminder will be sent when payment is due. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express and taken securely via Palpal If you find the same quality of accomodation and facilities in Southern Tenerife for less, give us the opportunity to match the price and we'll twist the property owners arm on your behalf.
